GENERAL CONDITIONS: Service prices include bed linen, towels and weekly cleaning. 

During the winter heating costs are not included. Minimum stay: two days.


HIGH SEASON:

  1. ✓From December 23 to January 6

  2. ✓The period between Wednesday preceding Easter and Tuesday thereafter

  3. ✓From July 1 to August 31


MEDIUM SEASON:

  1. ✓June and September


LOW SEASON

  1. ✓The other dates


METHOD OF PAYMENT:


30% of the total amount at the time of booking through bank transfer. The rest is payable on arrival.

In case of cancellation:


  1. ✓60 days before the date of arrival, and reimbursement of 100%  deposited

  2. ✓between day 59 and 30 of the date of arrival, and reimbursement of 60% deposited

  3. ✓between day 29 and 15 of the date of arrival, and reimbursement of 30% deposited

  4. ✓within 14 days of the date of arrival, no delivery and reimbursement
